Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing. Reiki does not use needles so is an excellent option for those that are leary of needles.
During a reiki session you remain fully clothed. I will place my hands over your body making energy readily avilable to you. Reiki breaks away negative energy. You might experience the feel of heat or energy moving through your body. You might be overcome by emotions as they are released and let go of. This is all a natural part of the healing process. You might not even feel a thing at the time of the session but may notice changes in yourself over the next 24 hours as the energy integrates with your natural cycles.

Medical Qigong
Medical Qigong is an ancient Chinese energetic medicine. Your internal and external energy fields are cleared, tonified, and balanced. Treatments are completely energetic so there are no physical needles involved!
During a medical qigong session you remain fully clothed. I will place my hands over or around your body, infrequently touching. You might experience the feel of heat or energy moving through your body. Some people will see lights or feel emotions. This is all a natural part of the clearing and balancing process. You might notice more changes in the following days. It helps to have some time to reflect and get grounded after treatment.

Energy Treatment
What to expect
Treatements vary in length. Please expect 30-45 minutes. You will usually lie on a massage table fully clothed. There is no need to dis-robe for these treatments. The treatements can be done in any position if you have constraints.
